About Jhalani Extrusion

The foundation of our business in ferrous and non-ferrous metals was laid in 1979 by Mr. Prahlad Rai and Mr. Chandar Mohan. In 1997, the company was restructured and renamed PRCM Metal Ltd., marking a new phase of growth and diversification.

In 2008, the organization expanded into aluminium extrusion with the establishment of Jhalani Extrusion, a fully owned subsidiary of PRCM Metal Ltd., equipped with its first extrusion press. This was followed in 2012 by the commencement of aluminium alloy ingot production, with an installed capacity of 300–400 metric tonnes.

With increasing demand and a focus on scaling operations, the company enhanced its aluminium extrusion capacity in 2022, growing from 700 metric tonnes to 1,600 metric tonnes by installing four additional extrusion presses. Building on this momentum, in 2023, the group established Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd., a state-of-the-art wire rod manufacturing plant with a monthly production capacity of 2,000 metric tonnes.

Today, the company’s manufacturing complex spans 30,000 square meters in Neemrana, Rajasthan—a premier industrial hub strategically divided into the Japanese Zone and the RIICO Industrial Area—positioning the business at the forefront of India’s growing metals and manufacturing sector.
