Our Journey

The journey began in 1979, when Mr. Prahlad Rai and Mr. Chandar Mohan laid the foundation of a business in ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a vision for growth, the company was restructured and renamed PRCM Metal Ltd. in 1997, marking the start of a new era of diversification.

In 2008, the group ventured into aluminium extrusion with the establishment of Jhalani Extrusion, a wholly owned subsidiary of PRCM Metal Ltd., equipped with its first extrusion press. This was followed in 2012 with the launch of aluminium alloy ingot production, adding a capacity of 300–400 metric tonnes.

Responding to rising demand, the company expanded significantly in 2022, increasing aluminium extrusion capacity from 700 MT to 1,600 MT with the installation of four additional presses. The momentum continued in 2023, with the formation of Four Wing Recycling Pvt. Ltd., a cutting-edge wire rod manufacturing plant producing 2,000 MT per month.

Today, the group operates a 30,000 sq. meter manufacturing complex in Neemrana, Rajasthan—strategically located across the Japanese Zone and RIICO Industrial Area. With this robust infrastructure, Jhalani Extrusion stands at the forefront of India’s metals and manufacturing sector, driven by innovation, scale, and sustainability.
